Product prices are given in connection with the product information. The product prices include value added tax. Your shopping basket and order confirmation will display a breakdown of the tax included.
Private customers can choose their payment method when they get to the shopping basket. Business customers can also ask for the right to invoice.
Via Klarna Checkout service, you can pay with Klarna invoice and Klarna account and online banking codes and credit card.

Deliveries to Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark
Our postage and packing charges for deliveries are €10 (100 SEK) per order. If the order sum totals at least €100 (1000 SEK), we do not charge for postage and packing.
Deliveries to other EU countries and Switzerland
Our postage and packing charges for deliveries are €20 per order. If the order sum totals at least €100, we do not charge for postage and packing.
Deliveries outside Europe
Our postage and packing charges for deliveries are €30 per order.
We will send the products you have ordered as soon as we can, usually within a day of receiving your order. If we have run out of a product you have ordered and do not currently have it in stock, we will contact you to let you know. The final time of delivery depends on the destination of the consignment and the transport timetable. The delivery time is normally about 5-8 working days inside the EU.

Returns in Finland
All our products are covered by a full 14 day right of return. The product allows you the returns for free via customer return. Any returned product must be unused and unaltered. Finnish Posti customer return number: 613386 (only in Finland)
Along with the customer return, return this return form. Return form must be completed and attached at each customer return. Print and attach with dressing the return.
Returns from other countries

Repair of Defects
If the delivered product is damaged, you can send us a notice of the defect and return the damaged product by post. You do not then pay postage (Finnish Posti customer return number (in Finland only): 613 386, other countries contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more info. When returning a damaged product, please let us know if you want your money back or if you want us to send you a corresponding product as a replacement. If you choose to have your money back, please let us know your bank account number. (IBAN and BIC)
