1. Products and Prices

Product prices are given in connection with the product information. The product prices include value added tax.

The shopping basket and order confirmation display the tax breakdown for your order.

2. Payment Methods

You can select the payment method at checkout. Business customers may request invoicing privileges.

Payment is processed through Avarda, our payment provider. Available payment methods include:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Invoice, account payment & installments (via Avarda)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• MobilePay
• Online banking

Availability of payment methods may vary by region.

4. Deliveries

We will send the products you have ordered as soon as we can, usually within a day of receiving your order. Typical EU delivery takes 5-8 working days.

If the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery time. You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch.

5. Shipping

Posti handles shipments to Finland. PostNord handles shipments to Scandinavia. GLS/DPD handles shipments to other EU countries and non-Scandinavian destinations.

You will receive an SMS or email notification when your package arrives at the pickup point or is out for delivery.

6. Return Policy

Finland

All our products are covered by a full 14 day right of return. Products must be unused and unaltered. Use Posti customer return number 613386 with the return form included in your package.

7. Repair of Defects

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you qualify for free return postage.

In Finland, use Posti customer return number 613386. International customers, please contact our customer service.

You may choose between a refund or a replacement product.

8. Newsletter

When placing an order in our web shop you will automatically be signed up for our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the newsletter.
